ATLANTIC EXPERT VM080 L is a vertical electric storage water heater with an 80 L capacity and a 2.0 kW copper heating element. It is designed for vertical wall mounting and efficient domestic hot-water production. The EXPERT range combines rapid heating, simple controls and ATLANTIC O’Pro anti-corrosion technology for improved tank durability.
O’Pro technology uses an ohmic resistor to help balance the electrical potentials between the tank and heating element. This reduces the effects of electrochemical corrosion, considerably extends the effective service life of the magnesium anode and reinforces tank protection.
The inner tank is protected by a high-quality glass-enamel lining and a magnesium anode. The construction also includes an optimised stainless-steel hot-water outlet, dielectric union, pressure-relief safety valve and a specific flange gasket helping protect the flange area from corrosion.
The optimised cold-water inlet diffuser distributes incoming water gradually inside the tank, helping maintain thermal stratification and increase the usable quantity of hot water. High-density CFC-free polyurethane insulation helps minimise heat losses.
EXPERT features simple mechanical temperature adjustment and a distinctive waterdrop LED heating indicator. The thermostat includes an ECO position for convenient and economical everyday operation.
