DEVIcomfort™ 150T (DTIR) 83030566 is a high-quality self-adhesive twin-conductor electric heating mat designed for electric floor-heating systems in both new-build and renovation projects.

This version covers 2.0 m². Mat dimensions are 0.5 × 4.0 m, nominal output is 150 W/m² and total nominal output at 230 V is 300 W.

DEVIcomfort™ 150T uses a round twin-conductor serial-resistive heating cable with 360° screening. Only one cold lead needs to be routed back to the thermostat, simplifying layout and connection.

The supporting mesh is self-adhesive, helping the mat remain securely positioned on the prepared substrate before embedding in suitable tile adhesive, levelling compound or another floor-heating installation material.

The heating cable is only 4 mm thick, minimising the increase in finished floor height and making the mat particularly suitable for renovation applications.

The cable features FEP conductor insulation, a tough red PVC outer sheath and a 100% aluminium-foil screen with a 0.5 mm² tinned-copper drain conductor.

The cold lead is a 2.3 m screened DTWB cable, 2 × 1.0 mm². Nominal supply voltage is 230 V AC.

Protection rating is IPX7. Maximum permissible powered temperature is 85 °C, maximum unpowered temperature is 90 °C, and minimum installation temperature is –5 °C.

Minimum bending diameter is 5 cm. Deformation strength is 600 N and pulling strength is 120 N.

The manufacturer specifies that the heating mat should be used together with a suitable thermostat to protect against overheating and to reduce energy consumption.

The heating cable must not be cut or shortened. When changing the direction of the mat, only the supporting mesh may be cut without damaging the red heating cable.
