DEVIreg™ 530 140F1030 is an electronic thermostat designed for control of electric floor-heating systems. Floor temperature is regulated using the external floor sensor supplied with the thermostat.
The thermostat includes a 3 m NTC 15 kΩ at 25 °C floor sensor, installed within the floor construction for accurate measurement and control of floor temperature.
The adjustable temperature range is 5–45 °C. Temperature is selected using a simple rotary dial with a frost-protection position and settings 1–6, with each step corresponding to approximately 8 °C.
Maximum resistive heating load is 15 A / 3450 W at 230 V. Operating voltage is 220–240 V AC, 50/60 Hz and standby power consumption is no more than 0.25 W.
DEVIreg™ 530 has an LED operating indicator: green indicates standby and red indicates active heating. Sensor-failure monitoring and a 5 °C frost-protection setting are also provided.
An external timer can be connected to the dedicated input to reduce the temperature setting by 5 °C during selected periods.
The thermostat is designed for standard flush mounting; surface mounting is also possible with a suitable mounting box. Dimensions are 85 × 85 × 36 mm, colour is white RAL 9010 and protection rating is IP31.
The manufacturer recommends installing the floor sensor inside a conduit. For wooden and other temperature-sensitive floors the floor sensor is mandatory and the maximum floor temperature must not exceed 35 °C.
