Heating mat DEVI DEVIcomfort™ 150T (DTIR), 150 W/m², 1 m², 150 W, 83030562

DEVIcomfort™ 150T (DTIR) 83030562 is a thin twin-conductor electric heating mat designed for electric floor heating on concrete and other mineral-based floor constructions. It is suitable for both new-build and renovation projects.

This version covers 1.0 m². Mat dimensions are 0.5 × 2.0 m, nominal output is 150 W/m² and total heating output is 150 W.

DEVIcomfort™ 150T uses a twin-conductor serial-resistive heating cable, requiring only one cold lead to be routed back to the thermostat and simplifying installation.

The heating cable is only 4 mm thick, helping to minimise the increase in finished floor height and making the mat particularly suitable for renovation applications.

The cable features a 100% aluminium-foil screen, FEP conductor insulation and a red PVC outer sheath. The screened construction also incorporates a tinned-copper drain conductor.

A 2.3 m DTWB cold lead, 2 × 1.0 mm², is provided. Supply voltage is 230 V AC.

The heating element is rated IPX7. Minimum installation temperature is –5 °C and maximum operating temperature is 85 °C.

Mechanical performance is designed for secure installation within floor constructions, with a deformation strength of 600 N and pulling strength of 120 N.

The manufacturer specifies DEVIcomfort™ 150T for new-build and renovation applications on concrete-based floors. The mat is embedded in a suitable tile adhesive, levelling compound or other material approved for electric floor heating according to the installation instructions.

The heating cable must never be cut or shortened. To change the direction of the mat, only the supporting mesh may be cut while leaving the red heating cable intact.

DEVIcomfort™ 150T 83030562 is a compact 1 m² electric floor-heating solution with 150 W/m² output, a thin 4 mm construction and a 20-year DEVI full-service warranty.
