PANASONIC Aquarea J 7 kW Monobloc air-to-water heat pump, R32, 230 V, WH-MDC07J3E5-1

PANASONIC Aquarea High Performance J Generation WH-MDC07J3E5-1 is a single-phase 7 kW air-to-water monobloc heat pump designed for efficient space heating, active cooling and domestic hot-water production when connected to an external DHW cylinder.

With the monobloc design, the complete refrigerant circuit is located inside the outdoor unit. No refrigerant pipework is required between the heat pump and the building; only the hydraulic water circuit is connected.

The unit operates on a 230 V / 50 Hz single-phase supply and is suitable for new-build and energy-efficient homes, underfloor heating and low-temperature radiator systems.

At A +7 °C / W35 °C, the unit provides 7.00 kW heating capacity with COP 4.76. At A +2 °C / W35 °C output remains 7.00 kW, while at A –7 °C / W35 °C heating capacity is 6.80 kW with COP 2.81.

For an average climate, seasonal efficiency is SCOP 4.90 at W35 °C and 3.32 at W55 °C. Heating energy classes are A+++ / A++.

Heating operation is available from –20 to +35 °C outdoor temperature, with heating-water outlet temperature adjustable between 20 and 60 °C.

Active cooling is also supported. Cooling capacity is 7.00 kW with EER 3.06 at A35 °C / W7 °C and 7.00 kW with EER 4.73 at A35 °C / W18 °C.

The system uses R32 refrigerant with a factory charge of 1.3 kg, corresponding to 0.878 t CO₂ equivalent. The refrigerant circuit is hermetically sealed.

The unit incorporates a variable-speed circulation pump, an integrated 3 kW electric backup heater, magnetic water filter, water-flow monitoring and an integrated 6-litre expansion vessel.

Heating-water flow at ΔT 5 K and W35 °C is 20.1 l/min, and the hydraulic connection size is R 1¼".

PANASONIC WH-MDC07J3E5-1 combines 7 kW heating capacity, R32 technology, 230 V single-phase operation, heating down to –20 °C and water temperatures up to 60 °C in one compact monobloc unit.
