The Mitsubishi Electric MSZ-RZ35VU-SC / MUZ-RZ35VUHZ-SC is a new-generation air-to-air heat pump developed for efficient heating and cooling in demanding Nordic climates. Hyper Heating technology maintains strong heating performance at very low outdoor temperatures, while heating operation is guaranteed down to –35 °C.

The system provides 3.5 kW nominal cooling capacity and 4.0 kW nominal heating capacity. Heating output reaches 5.3 kW at –15 °C, while the unit maintains 4.0 kW at –25 °C. Its SCOP rating of 5.2 and A+++ heating energy class help provide economical year-round operation.

The unit uses natural R290 propane refrigerant, which has a very low environmental impact. Integrated safety sensors monitor refrigerant concentration in real time and activate safety functions if a leak is detected.

The V-Blocking filter helps neutralise up to 99% of viruses and other harmful particles, including bacteria, mould and allergens. Its two-layer construction combines a non-woven material with an electrostatic filter.

The intelligent 3D I-SEE Sensor monitors room temperature distribution and occupancy. Airflow can be directed towards or away from people, while energy-saving operation can be activated automatically when the room is unoccupied.

Smart defrost technology dynamically adapts defrost cycles to outdoor conditions and allows continuous operation for up to 150 minutes. The fan and fireplace mode helps distribute heat produced by another heat source throughout the room.

Built-in Wi-Fi provides remote control through the MELCloud application. WIDE ROOM, ECO and QUIET operating modes allow the system to be adjusted to individual comfort and efficiency requirements.
