FERROLI TITANO TWIN 80 is an ultra-slim 80-litre electric storage water heater featuring two internal storage tanks. The twin-tank construction improves domestic hot-water comfort while maintaining a compact, flat appliance design.
The water heater can be installed on the wall in either vertical or horizontal position without compromising its efficiency. For horizontal installation, FERROLI specifies installation exclusively with the water connections on the left-hand side.
Nominal electrical power is 1.8 kW with a 230 V, 50/60 Hz power supply. The adjustable water-temperature range is 40–80 °C, the factory thermostat setting is 70 °C and maximum tank operating pressure is 8 bar.
FERROLI's model data specifies a heat-up time of approximately 1 hour 37 minutes for TITANO TWIN 80. According to the latest manufacturer manual, the amount of mixed water available at 40 °C (V40) is 135 litres.
The BLUE FOREVER electric heating element and internal tank use a special surface treatment designed to substantially reduce limescale build-up and provide durable, efficient operation.
SMART electronic control adapts operation to the user's domestic hot-water consumption habits. ECO mode activates the electronic control in SMART operating mode to help optimise electricity consumption.
A Wi-Fi module is supplied as standard. Using the free Egea Smart application, the water heater can be managed remotely from a smartphone, including adjustment of parameters and operating modes.
Additional functions include Legionella Control, automatic frost protection with a 5 °C activation threshold and fault diagnostics.
TITANO TWIN 80 has an B energy-efficiency class and M load profile. Water-heating energy efficiency is 39%, annual electricity consumption is 1316 kWh, daily electricity consumption is 7.604 kWh and sound power level is only 15 dB.
