ATLANTIC CHAUFFEO O'Pro VS 500L TC is an extra-large-capacity electric storage water heater with a 500-litre tank and 5000 W / 5.0 kW heating output. The model is designed for vertical floor-standing installation and applications requiring a very large reserve of domestic hot water.

The water heater is equipped with an immersion electric heating element. The heating element is in direct contact with the water and provides efficient heating of the large 500-litre storage tank.

The internal water tank is manufactured from steel and protected with an enamel coating. The enamelled tank surface protects the steel against prolonged contact with water.

Additional electrochemical protection against corrosion is provided by a magnesium anode. The magnesium anode is a consumable protective component and should therefore be inspected periodically in accordance with ATLANTIC maintenance instructions.

The model uses the TC – Tout Courant electrical configuration. This enables connection to a 230 V or 400 V electrical supply in accordance with the electrical installation and the manufacturer's wiring instructions.

Heating output is 5.0 kW and electrical frequency is 50 Hz. The high electrical output is intended for heating the large 500-litre water volume and providing a significantly larger hot-water reserve than conventional domestic water heaters.

ATLANTIC CHAUFFEO VS 500L TC is designed as a vertical floor-standing model. It is not intended for wall mounting; its 500-litre capacity and 154 kg empty weight require installation on a suitable stable floor base.

The hot- and cold-water hydraulic connections on the 500-litre model are 1". The larger connection size is suitable for the hydraulic installation of this high-capacity storage water heater.

Electrical protection rating is IPX4, providing protection against splashing water in accordance with the applicable protection-rating requirements.
