ATLANTIC O’Pro SMALL PCSB15 L / PCSB 15 is a compact electric storage water heater with a 15-litre tank and 2000 W / 2.0 kW heating output. The model is designed for vertical wall-mounted installation under the sink and provides rapid hot-water availability directly at the point of use.

The 15-litre O’Pro Small is suitable for kitchens, offices, small bathrooms, workshops and other locations where a local hot-water source is required. Its compact design allows convenient installation inside a cabinet or other restricted space underneath a sink.

The model is equipped with a copper immersion heating element. Its 2.0 kW output ensures rapid water heating. The ATLANTIC technical sheet specifically listing article 821182 gives a real heating time of 23 minutes.

Standardised ATLANTIC O’Pro Small series data for the 15-litre under-sink configuration specifies approximately 11 minutes at ΔT 20 °C and approximately 28 minutes at ΔT 50 °C.

ATLANTIC O’Pro anti-corrosion technology uses an ohmic resistor to balance the electrical potential between the tank and heating element. This reduces galvanic current, helps extend magnesium-anode life and strengthens tank protection against corrosion.

Additional tank protection is provided by a magnesium anode and ATLANTIC Diamond-quality ceramic glass lining. The lining protects the inner steel surface from direct contact with water and contributes to long-lasting operation.

A specially designed flange lip gasket helps reduce the risk of corrosion around the flange. Tank protection therefore combines the glass lining, magnesium anode, O’Pro technology and protected flange design.

High-density CFC-free polyurethane insulation reduces heat losses and helps retain the temperature of stored hot water. Energy consumption at 65 °C for this configuration is approximately 0.66 kWh/24 h.

A high-efficiency cold-water inlet with diffuser reduces unnecessary mixing of incoming cold water with already heated water, allowing the available hot-water volume to be used more efficiently.

Temperature is controlled by a simple and reliable mechanical thermostat. ATLANTIC specifies an adjustment range of approximately 15–65 °C for this series, with a factory setting of 65 °C. On the under-sink version, the control knob is positioned at the top of the appliance.

The water heater includes a heating light indicator, automatic thermal safety protection, pressure relief valve, dielectric union and electrical cable with Euro plug.

According to EPREL data for product code 821182, the energy efficiency class is B, declared load profile XXS, water-heating energy efficiency 32% and annual electricity consumption 569 kWh. The ErP thermostat setting is 69.32 °C and indoor sound power level is only 15 dB.

ATLANTIC technical documentation specifically listing article 821182 gives dimensions of 400 × 338 × 347 mm and a net weight of 7.5 kg. The model operates from a 230 V / 220–240 V, 50 Hz supply, the under-sink version has an IP24 protection rating and ATLANTIC specifies a 5-year tank warranty.
