The Zehnder ComfoAir 70 is designed for ventilation of smaller apartments or individual rooms/groups of rooms. Thanks to its unique design, all noise-generating components are hidden in the outer wall. The entire inside of the unit housing is lined with polypropylene, which ensures particularly good noise attenuation and air tightness. It is possible to attach supply/exhaust air ducts to the back of the unit. The unit operates in a defined space without additional air ducts.
The Zehnder ComfoAir 70 is one of the few single-room ventilation units that has earned the passive building certificate .
