PICO PRO Ventilation units with wall-mounted puntual heat recovery

TECNOSYSTEMI PICO PRO 45, code ACD100057, is a decentralised wall-mounted heat recovery ventilation unit designed for residential ventilation, fresh-air supply, stale-air extraction and heat recovery. The unit operates bidirectionally and uses a high-efficiency ceramic heat exchanger to store and reuse thermal energy during the ventilation cycle. TECNOSYSTEMI specifies heat-recovery efficiency of up to 90% for the PICO PRO system.

PICO PRO 45 delivers a maximum airflow of 45 m³/h. Four operating speeds are available: Night, minimum, medium and maximum. Corresponding airflow rates are 8 / 20 / 30 / 45 m³/h, while electrical consumption is only 1.5 / 2 / 3 / 4.5 W. Standby consumption is below 1 W.

The unit features 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi connectivity and can be controlled using the TECNOSYSTEMI app through either a local or remote connection from a smartphone or tablet. The manufacturer also specifies integration with voice assistants and Google Home. A remote control is included.

PICO PRO 45 provides several operating modes and automatic functions: heat recovery, extraction, supply, humidity-threshold operation, natural recirculation and Night mode. Air-quality indication is also integrated. The humidity threshold can be set to 40%, 50% or 60%.

The MASTER/SLAVE function allows up to 4 SLAVE units to be connected via Wi-Fi. Connected units can be configured for synchronous or asynchronous operation, allowing a coordinated decentralised ventilation system to be created for several rooms.

Air filtration is provided by built-in G2 filters, while the low-energy fan is suitable for continuous operation. An RGB LED indicator on the front displays the current operating mode. The construction also incorporates an automatic closing damper.

PICO PRO 45 is designed exclusively for wall installation. The required mounting-hole diameter is Ø128 mm, and minimum wall thickness is 270 mm. The wall duct is 500 mm long, while unit weight is 2.2 kg. Protection rating is IP22, with IPX4 protection on the external side. Ambient operating temperature is −10 to +40 °C.
