ARISTON 65151229 is a temperature sensor intended for the ARISTON VLS / VELIS electric water heater system equipped with a 1500 W heating element.

The temperature sensor is a spare component of the water heater temperature control system. It is intended to detect temperature and provide temperature information to the electronic control system of the water heater, which uses this information to control the water heating process.

ARISTON VELIS water heaters use twin-tank technology. According to official Ariston VELIS information, the 50, 80 and 100 litre versions are equipped with two separate heating elements rated at 1.5 kW each. This construction allows water heating to be managed within the two-tank system.
