DRAŽICE 6405622 is a combined operating and safety thermostat RAC 4065 designed for DRAŽICE TPK 210 electric heating units. It combines normal water temperature regulation and independent overheating protection in one thermostat assembly.
The operating thermostat has an adjustable temperature range of 7–77 ±5 °C. It controls operation of the electric heating element according to the selected temperature. The temperature differential is approximately 9 °C.
The thermostat incorporates an independent thermal safety function. If normal temperature regulation fails and the temperature continues to rise, the safety device disconnects the electrical circuit at approximately 95 ±3 °C.
The rated voltage of the DRAŽICE RAC 4065 is 400 V and the rated current is 20 A. Power supply and heating element connections are made using screw terminals.
The thermostat is equipped with two copper capillaries – one for operating temperature regulation and one for overheating protection. Both capillaries are 800 ±5 mm long. The temperature probes are 95 ±5 mm long and 6.2 mm in diameter.
DRAŽICE 6405622 is used in TPK 210 heating units. Before replacement, the original thermostat part number, the exact heating unit model and the electrical wiring diagram should be checked.
