Pressure relay PEDROLLO PSG-1 220V 1-5bar

Manufacturer: Pedrollo
On/off pressure range - 1.4 ÷ 2.8 bar
Connection - 1/4″
Power supply - 220 V
Pedrollo PSG-1
Relay adjustment:
disconnect the power supply to the pump
remove the relay cover and set the required limits for switching the pump on and off according to the following points:
- large spring (start), adjust the lower pressure level, to increase the pressure level at which the pump will start, turn the control nut to the required number of revolutions. One full turn of the nut (360 °) corresponds to a pressure change of 1 atmosphere. To reduce the pressure level, turn the control nut counterclockwise by the required number of revolutions.
- a small spring (off), adjusts the upper pressure level, to increase the pressure level at which the pump will turn on, turn the control nut to the required number of revolutions. One complete turn of the nut (360 °) corresponds to a pressure change of approximately 0.2 atmospheres.
- to reduce the pressure - turn the control nut counterclockwise by the required number of revolutions.
