EVAK DPC10A PM/5L Digital Pump Pressure Controller
EVAK DPC-10A is a digital pressure controller manufactured by EVAK PUMP TECHNOLOGY CORP. for automatic water-pump control according to system pressure. It monitors pressure and automatically starts or stops the pump according to the configured minimum and maximum pressure values while also providing pump-protection functions. The manufacturer declares the DPC series compliant with Directive 2014/30/EU on electromagnetic compatibility.
The DPC-10A operates from 230 V AC ±10%, 50 Hz. Maximum ambient temperature is +40 °C and maximum liquid temperature is +50 °C. Maximum system pressure is 10 bar, maximum current is 12 A and maximum motor power is 1.5 kW at 230 V. Protection rating is IP55.
The controller features an LCD display, LED status indication and control buttons. Pressure can be displayed in bar, kg/cm² or psi.
Both pump start and stop pressure can be adjusted over a range of 0.01–10.00 bar. The stop delay can be adjusted from 0 to 60 seconds, dry-running detection time from 1 to 120 seconds and automatic restart delay following a fault from 1 to 600 seconds.
The DPC-10A provides dry-running and overpressure protection. It can automatically stop the pump if pressure remains below the configured dry-running threshold and can subsequently perform an automatic restart. Continuous pump operation can also be limited to between 30 minutes and 5 hours or this function can be disabled.
