EVAK DPC-10 digital pressure switch for pumps, 10 bar, 12A
EVAK DPC-10 is a digital pressure switch and pump controller manufactured by EVAK PUMP TECHNOLOGY CORP. for automatic control and protection of water pumps. According to EVAK, the digital pressure switch can replace a conventional pressure gauge and mechanical pressure switch used in pressure-tank systems while providing accurate electronic control and additional protection functions.
The DPC-10 features a continuously illuminated LCD status display and a three-colour LED status indicator. Pressure can be displayed in bar, psi or kgf/cm². Measurement accuracy is ±1 %, with pressure sampled five times per second.
Protection functions include limiting excessive pump starts, adjustable restart delay from 0 to 90 minutes, delayed shutdown and automatic restart after a water shortage when the water supply becomes available again. The controller can also automatically stop the pump when the maximum permitted continuous operating time is exceeded.
A screen-lock function prevents unauthorised parameter changes. Permanent memory retains settings after a power failure. EVAK also specifies that the DPC-10 can control three-phase pumps when used with a suitable contactor.
The controller operates on 110–230 V AC ±10 %, 50/60 Hz. At 230 V it supports motors up to 2 HP / 1.5 kW, with a maximum current of 12 A. Maximum pressure is 10 bar, pressure connection is R 1/4", and the port material is nickel brass. Protection rating is IP55.
