HERZ Underfloor Heating Pipe 90° Bend Guide, 14–18 / 20–23 mm, 3F11008 / 3F11009

The HERZ underfloor-heating pipe bend guide is an installation accessory designed to guide heating pipes accurately through a 90° bend. It is intended for routing the pipe towards an underfloor-heating manifold, control unit or another connection point.

The guide helps maintain a uniform pipe bend and reduces the risk of excessive bending or mechanical deformation where the pipe rises vertically from the floor towards the manifold.

The product is manufactured from high-quality ABS plastic, providing firm support for the pipe and making it suitable for typical underfloor-heating installation requirements.

HERZ offers the bend guide in two sizes. Article 3 F110 08 is designed for pipes with an outside diameter of 14–18 mm, while 3 F110 09 is intended for larger pipes of 20–23 mm.

The guide can be used in underfloor-heating systems, manifold connections, single-loop control assemblies and other locations where a stable and controlled 90° pipe bend is required.

A correctly selected bend guide helps create a neat and mechanically stable pipe installation at the manifold. The appropriate size should be selected according to the outside diameter of the heating pipe being used.
