HERZ underfloor heating manifold 1" × G3/4", 0–3 l/min, 5 circuits, 1863205

HERZ 1 8632 05 / 1863205 is a professional DN25 stainless-steel manifold set for 5 heating circuits, designed primarily for underfloor, wall and ceiling radiant-heating systems and accurate hydraulic balancing.

The supply manifold incorporates five adjustable 0–3 l/min flow meters. The required heating-medium flow can be individually adjusted for every circuit and read directly from the flow-meter scale.

The return manifold is equipped with thermostatic valve inserts with M28 × 1.5 threads. Compatible HERZ electrothermal actuators can be fitted, allowing individual room or zone control of all five heating circuits.

Both supply and return manifolds incorporate air vents and filling/draining valves. Mounting brackets with integrated sound-insulating inserts are also included.

The main heating-system connection is a G1" female thread, while each heating circuit uses a G3/4" male connection with conical sealing, suitable for corresponding HERZ Eurocone pipe adapters.

The manifold body is manufactured from X5 CrNi 18 10 stainless steel. Valve components are brass according to EN 12164, seals are EPDM and springs are stainless steel X7 CrNiAl 17 7.

For the version equipped with flow meters, HERZ specifies a maximum operating pressure of 6 bar, a test pressure of 10 bar at +20 °C and an operating-temperature range of +2 to +70 °C.

Suitable heating medium is heating water according to ÖNORM H5195 or VDI 2035. Ethylene- or propylene-glycol mixtures with water at concentrations of 25–50% by volume may also be used in accordance with the fluid manufacturer's instructions.

The 5-circuit version has an installation length of 343 mm. According to the current HERZ dimensional drawing, overall height is 333.6 mm and the centre spacing between supply and return manifolds is 200 mm.

HERZ specifies manifold cabinet 1 8569 15 for this size. Pipe adapters, electrothermal actuators and main isolation valves are selected separately according to the installation.
