HERZ TS Underfloor Heating Manifold 1" × G3/4", 0–3 l/min, 12 Circuits, 1863212

HERZ 1 8632 12 / 1863212 is a professional DN25 stainless steel manifold set for 12 heating circuits, designed for distribution, regulation and precise hydraulic balancing of underfloor, wall and ceiling heating systems.

The supply manifold is equipped with twelve adjustable flow meters with a range of 0–3 l/min. The required heat transfer medium flow can be individually adjusted for each heating circuit and read directly from the flow meter scale.

The return manifold features integrated thermostatic valve inserts with M28 × 1.5 thread. Compatible HERZ thermoelectric actuators can be installed, allowing each of the twelve heating circuits to be controlled separately by a room thermostat or zone control system.

Both the supply and return manifolds are equipped with an air vent valve and filling/draining valve. Mounting brackets with integrated sound insulation elements are also included.

The main heating system connection is a G1" female thread, while each heating circuit connection is a G3/4" male thread with conical sealing according to ISO 228-1.

The manifold body is made of stainless steel X5 CrNi 18 10. Valve components are made of brass according to EN 12164, seals are made of EPDM and springs are made of stainless steel X7 CrNiAl 17 7.

For the HERZ version with flow meters, the maximum operating pressure is 6 bar, test pressure is 10 bar at +20 °C, and the operating temperature range is +2 to +70 °C.

Heating water according to ÖNORM H5195 or VDI 2035 is intended as the heat transfer medium. Ethylene glycol or propylene glycol mixtures with water in concentrations of 25–50 vol.% are also permitted.

For the 12-circuit model, the installation length L is 693 mm. The total height of the manifold set is 333.6 mm, while the centre distance between supply and return manifolds is 200 mm.

For this 12-circuit configuration HERZ specifies the suitable manifold cabinet 1 8569 25. Pipe connection adapters, thermoelectric actuators and main shut-off valves are selected separately according to the heating system configuration.
