HERZ underfloor heating manifold 1" × G3/4", 0–3 l/min, 15 circuits, 1863215

HERZ 1 8632 15 / 1863215 is a professional DN25 stainless-steel manifold set for 15 heating circuits, designed for underfloor, wall and ceiling radiant-heating systems and accurate hydraulic balancing.

The supply manifold incorporates 15 adjustable 0–3 l/min flow meters, allowing the required heating-medium flow to be individually adjusted and read for every heating circuit.

The return manifold incorporates thermostatic valve inserts with M28 × 1.5 threads. Compatible HERZ electrothermal actuators can be fitted for individual control of all 15 heating zones.

Air vents and filling/draining valves are integrated into both the supply and return manifolds. Mounting brackets with sound-insulating inserts are included.

The main system connection is a G1" female thread, while each heating circuit uses a G3/4" male connection with conical sealing according to ISO 228-1.

The manifold body is manufactured from X5 CrNi 18 10 stainless steel. Valve components are brass according to EN 12164, seals are EPDM and springs are stainless steel X7 CrNiAl 17 7.

For versions equipped with flow meters, HERZ specifies a maximum operating pressure of 6 bar, a test pressure of 10 bar at +20 °C and an operating-temperature range of +2 to +70 °C.

Suitable heating medium is heating water according to ÖNORM H5195 or VDI 2035. Ethylene- or propylene-glycol mixtures with water in concentrations of 25–50% by volume may also be used according to the fluid manufacturer's instructions.

The 15-circuit version has an installation length of 843 mm. Overall height is 333.6 mm, while the centre spacing between the supply and return manifolds is 200 mm.

HERZ specifies manifold cabinet 1 8569 30 for this 15-circuit version. Pipe adapters, electrothermal actuators and main isolation valves are selected separately.

HERZ 1863215 is suitable for larger radiant-heating installations requiring up to 15 individually balanced and optionally automated heating circuits.
