HERZ underfloor heating manifold 1" × G3/4", 0–3 l/min, 13 circuits, 1863213

HERZ 1 8632 13 / 1863213 is a professional DN25 stainless-steel manifold set for 13 heating circuits, designed for underfloor, wall and ceiling radiant-heating systems and accurate hydraulic balancing.

The supply manifold incorporates 13 adjustable 0–3 l/min flow meters, allowing the flow rate of every individual heating circuit to be adjusted and read directly from the scale.

The return manifold incorporates thermostatic valve inserts with M28 × 1.5 threads. Compatible HERZ electrothermal actuators can be installed for individual control of all 13 heating zones.

Air vents and filling/draining valves are integrated into the supply and return manifolds. Mounting brackets with sound-insulating inserts are included.

The main connection is a G1" female thread, while all heating-circuit outlets use G3/4" male threads with conical sealing according to ISO 228-1.

The manifold body is manufactured from X5 CrNi 18 10 stainless steel. Valve components are brass according to EN 12164, seals are EPDM and springs are stainless steel X7 CrNiAl 17 7.

For versions fitted with flow meters, HERZ specifies a maximum operating pressure of 6 bar, a test pressure of 10 bar at +20 °C and an operating-temperature range of +2 to +70 °C.

The permitted heating medium is heating water according to ÖNORM H5195 or VDI 2035. Ethylene- or propylene-glycol mixtures with water in concentrations of 25–50% by volume may also be used.

The 13-circuit version has an installation length of 743 mm. Overall height is 333.6 mm and the centre spacing between the supply and return manifolds is 200 mm.

HERZ specifies manifold cabinet 1 8569 25 for this size. Pipe adapters, electrothermal actuators and main isolation valves are selected separately.

HERZ 1863213 is designed for larger radiant-heating installations requiring up to 13 individually balanced and optionally automated heating circuits.
