HERZ VUA-40 3/4" Angle Towel Radiator Valve for Two-Pipe Systems, 1778441

HERZ VUA-40 1778441 is an angle four-way radiator valve for two-pipe heating systems, suitable for connecting radiators and towel radiators with thermostatic heating water flow control.

The valve is equipped with a presettable thermostatic insert, allowing the heating water flow to be adapted to the radiator and enabling hydraulic balancing of the heating system.

This model is intended for two-pipe heating systems and features an angle configuration suitable for installations requiring an angled pipe connection.

The radiator connection can be positioned at the lower centre or from the side below and uses a flat seal.

The valve incorporates an immersion tube 150 mm long and Ø 11 mm in diameter, providing the required heating water flow path inside the radiator.

The thermostatic head connection is M28 × 1.5. The supply and return pipe centre distance is 40 mm.

The radiator connection size is 1/2", while heating system pipe connections are G3/4" with cone. Suitable HERZ pipe fittings must be ordered separately.

The construction allows the radiator to be removed while the system remains under pressure. The thermostatic upper part can also be replaced under pressure using HERZ Changefix.

The HERZ VUA-40 series is designed for a maximum operating temperature of up to 120 °C and maximum operating pressure of up to 10 bar.
