HERZ Eurocone connector G 3/4" for copper pipes, 12 / 15 / 18 mm, 1627612 / 1627615 / 1627618
HERZ 6276 is a compression fitting with a soft seal designed for connecting copper pipes to heating-system valves, manifolds, radiator connections and other fittings equipped with a G 3/4 Eurocone connection.
The fitting consists of a G 3/4 compression nut, split compression ring and solid EPDM rubber seal providing a reliable sealed pipe connection. The connection cone complies with the DIN 3838 Eurocone standard.
Three sizes are available: 12 mm, 15 mm and 18 mm. The maximum operating temperature is 110 °C. The compression connection can be dismantled and reassembled when the correct installation procedure is followed.
Support sleeves must be used with soft and semi-hard copper pipes. A support sleeve is also required where the pipe wall thickness is 1 mm or less.
Important: HERZ 6276 is intended for copper pipes. It is not suitable for low-carbon steel, stainless-steel or chrome-plated metal pipes.
