HERZ 1742006 is a thermostat with contact temperature sensor designed for temperature control and limitation in underfloor heating systems. It operates as a proportional controller without external power supply and is suitable for HERZ valves designed for thermostatic operation.
The thermostat consists of a thermostatic head with liquid-filled hydrosensor, a 2-metre capillary tube, pipe contact sensor and fastening material for mounting the sensor to the pipe. The set-point range is 20–50 °C.
