DEVI DEVIpipeheat™ 10 V3 pipe fitting / sealing gland, 3/4" + 1", 140F0956

DEVI 140F0956 is a dedicated 3/4" + 1" pipe fitting and sealing gland designed for feeding DEVIpipeheat™ 10 V3 self-limiting heating cable into a water pipe.

The accessory provides a mechanically secure and sealed cable entry through a T-shaped pipe connection. It is designed specifically for DEVIpipeheat™ 10 V3 and ready-made DEVIpipeheat™ 10 V3 cables.

The fitting uses a stainless-steel pipe fitting and nut together with a conical sliced rubber sealing sleeve featuring an oval opening for the heating cable.

The fitting is intended for 3/4" and 1" pipe installations and enables DEVIpipeheat™ 10 V3 to be installed inside the water pipe for frost protection.

Maximum permitted water pressure is 10 bar at a maximum water temperature of 23 °C.

During installation, the cable must pass straight through the sealing element and the connection between the heating cable and connecting cable must remain outside the fitting. Maximum tightening torque specified by the manufacturer is 30 N·m.

Installation of DEVIpipeheat™ 10 V3 inside water pipes is permitted only where this application is appropriately certified and complies with local requirements.

DEVI 140F0956 is an original DEVI accessory for safe and sealed installation of DEVIpipeheat™ 10 V3 heating cable inside water pipes.
