KALVIS K-5-12(10) 10-12kW solid fuel boiler
KALVIS K-5-12(10) is a compact volumetric-combustion solid-fuel central-heating boiler. Its compact dimensions make it suitable for installation in smaller boiler rooms. The boiler features a large 32-litre fuel chamber and automatically regulated boiler temperature.
The construction includes a throttle valve, while the inner-wall steel thickness is 5 mm. KALVIS provides a 4-year warranty for the boiler body.
Boiler output can be changed by means of a turbulator. With the turbulator installed, output is 12 kW, while without the turbulator it is 10 kW. Efficiency when firing wood logs is 76%, and one fuel load can burn for up to 6 hours.
The boiler is designed for wood logs with a maximum length of 30 cm. Boiler water volume is 24 litres, flue diameter is Ø130 mm, and minimum required chimney draught is 11 Pa.
