BOSCH Condens GC7700iW 35P is a powerful wall-mounted condensing gas boiler designed for central heating and domestic hot water production via a separate indirect hot water cylinder. This model is suitable for private houses, larger apartments, small commercial premises and installations where higher heating output is required.

The boiler features a UI700 control module with a 2.4” colour TFT display, built-in A-class pump, aluminium-silicon alloy heat exchanger and a 1:10 modulation range. This allows the boiler to adapt its output to the actual heat demand and operate efficiently. The unit supports Control-Key and Connect-Key modules and can be converted for liquefied gas operation with the appropriate conversion kit.
