Ferroli TOR 12kW electric heating boiler (GCJO20EA)
Ferroli TOR 12 is a wall-mounted electric boiler designed for closed hydronic heating systems. Its nominal electrical input is 12 kW and FERROLI specifies an efficiency of 99.5% for this model. TOR 12 is designed for a three-phase 400 V 3N~/50 Hz power supply.
The boiler is electronically controlled and allows heating-water temperature adjustment from 30 to 80 °C. TOR 12 uses three 4 kW electric heating elements which are activated progressively according to heating demand.
The boiler incorporates a circulation pump, 6-litre expansion vessel, automatic air vent, heating safety valve, pressure monitoring, pressure gauge and hydraulic bypass. FERROLI also specifies pump anti-blocking operation, frost protection, multiple safety functions and precise temperature control.
TOR 12 supports connection of a room thermostat and optional outdoor temperature sensor with weather compensation. It can also control an external DHW cylinder with an NTC sensor and three-way diverting valve.
