KALVIS K-4CM is a compact solid-fuel central-heating boiler-cooker designed for both space heating and cooking. According to the official KALVIS technical table, its nominal output is 8 kW. Its compact construction makes it suitable for installation in relatively small rooms connected to a central-heating system.
The K-4CM features a wide firebox door and a 33-litre fuel chamber. One fuel load can burn for up to 6 hours, while the maximum wood-log length is 32 cm.
The primary fuel is wood logs. KALVIS also permits coal, pieces of waste wood, peat briquettes and sawdust briquettes as substitute fuels. Firewood with a moisture content exceeding 25% is not recommended.
Efficiency when firing wood logs is 70%, while boiler water volume is 23 litres. The appliance therefore combines cooking with heat transfer to a central-heating system.
With sufficient chimney draught, the boiler-cooker can also be connected to a heating wall. The armrest can be mounted on either side. KALVIS provides a 4-year warranty for the boiler body.
