PANASONIC Aquarea T-CAP M Series WH-SDC0316M9E8 / WH-WXG12ME8 is a three-phase 12 kW hydraulic Bi-bloc air-to-water heat pump designed for space heating, active cooling and domestic hot-water production with an external DHW cylinder.

The system consists of the WH-WXG12ME8 outdoor unit and WH-SDC0316M9E8 indoor hydromodule. The units are hydraulically connected, while the R290 refrigerant circuit remains hermetically sealed inside the outdoor unit.

The Aquarea T-CAP M Series uses natural R290 refrigerant and provides heating-water outlet temperatures of up to 75 °C, making it suitable for underfloor heating, radiators and renovation projects.

At A +7 °C / W35 °C, heating capacity is 12.00 kW with a high COP of 5.06. At A +2 °C / W35 °C the unit still provides 12.00 kW with COP 3.54, and at A –7 °C / W35 °C heating capacity remains 12.00 kW with COP 3.00.

At a 55 °C water temperature, the unit also delivers 12.00 kW: COP is 3.23 at A+7/W55, 2.42 at A+2/W55 and 2.17 at A–7/W55.

Panasonic's current online product data specifies SCOP 5.00 at W35 °C and 3.46 at W55 °C for an average climate, with energy classes A+++ / A++.

Heating operation is available between –28 and +35 °C outdoor temperature. Heating-water temperature ranges from 25 to 75 °C, while cooling-water temperature ranges from 5 to 20 °C.

Active cooling is supported. At A35/W7 in efficiency mode, cooling capacity is 9.00 kW with EER 3.61; at A35/W18 cooling capacity reaches 12.00 kW with EER 5.26.

Nominal heating-water flow at A7/W35 and ΔT 5 K is 34.4 l/min. The high-efficiency variable-speed circulation pump operates between 30 and 175 W.

The WH-SDC0316M9E8 indoor hydromodule incorporates a 9 kW electric backup heater. Indoor sound pressure is only 22 dB(A) in both heating and cooling operation.

Standard hydraulic connection length is 5 m, maximum length is 30 m, and maximum elevation difference between indoor and outdoor units is 30 m. Water connections are 1¼".
