DESCRIPTION

The NORDIS ULTIMA MONO SPLIT HLT12MONO-S / HLT-9-250-3S is a powerful complete system for space heating, cooling and domestic hot water production.

The set combines an HLT12MONO-S outdoor unit with up to 12.0 kW heating capacity and a floor-standing HLT-9-250-3S indoor unit incorporating a 250-litre domestic hot water tank. Its All-in-One design saves space and reduces the number of separately installed hydraulic components.

At A7/W35 conditions, heating capacity is modulated between 5.21 and 12.0 kW. Full inverter technology continuously adjusts compressor output according to the building’s actual demand, helping maintain stable temperatures while reducing unnecessary electricity consumption.

The system uses natural R290 refrigerant with a global warming potential of only GWP 3. R290 has no ozone-depletion potential and enables a leaving-water temperature of up to 75 °C.

This high water temperature makes the heat pump suitable for new homes with underfloor heating as well as renovated buildings and radiator systems requiring higher flow temperatures.

At a 35 °C water temperature, the system achieves an A+++ energy class and SCOP of 4.76. At 55 °C, it achieves an A++ class and SCOP of 3.56.

Heating operation is available at outdoor temperatures down to -25 °C. An intelligent defrosting algorithm monitors outdoor conditions and activates defrosting only when required, supporting stable and efficient winter operation.

The integrated 250 L domestic hot water tank is manufactured from durable Duplex 2205 stainless steel. DHW priority control heats the tank when required, while scheduled operation and automatic disinfection support convenient and hygienic hot water production.

The indoor unit incorporates a two-stage 9 kW backup electric heater with 3+6 kW control. Factory-integrated hydraulic components include a Grundfos circulation pump, Vortex flow meter, LK Systems three-way diverting valve and two 5 L expansion vessels.

A 7-inch colour touchscreen provides intuitive control of heating, cooling and domestic hot water. Built-in Wi-Fi enables remote control through a mobile application, while real-time COP and energy-consumption monitoring helps users track system efficiency.

Weather-compensated heating and cooling curves automatically adjust the water temperature according to outdoor conditions. Dual-zone control can supply different temperatures to underfloor heating and radiator circuits.

Smart Grid Ready functionality supports integration with intelligent energy-management systems. The outdoor sound pressure level is 41 dB(A) at one metre, while the indoor unit operates at only 21 dB(A).
