TESY PSS100E 100 l buffer tank for heat pumps
The buffer tank increases the water volume of a heating or cooling system and helps stabilise heat-pump operation. It is designed without an internal heat exchanger, operating as a direct hydraulic storage volume within the system.
The actual tank capacity is 101 l. TESY specifies 73 mm rigid polyurethane insulation, heat losses of only 34 W at ΔT 45 K, and energy-efficiency class A. Maximum operating temperature is 95 °C and rated pressure is 3 bar.
Several G 1 1/2" hydraulic connections are positioned at different levels of the tank, allowing flexible integration into heating and cooling circuits. A G 1/2" thermo-sensor pocket, G 3/4" air-vent connection and G 3/4" drainage connection are provided.
Overall height is 932 mm, outside diameter 550 mm, and tank-body diameter approximately 404 mm. TESY specifies a net weight of 34 kg.
