KOSPEL WW-100 combined water heater, horizontal, 107 l, 0.3 m² heat exchanger

KOSPEL WW-100 is a horizontally installed domestic hot water cylinder equipped with a double spiral heat exchanger, designed for domestic hot water preparation in cooperation with a heating boiler or another suitable central-heating heat source.

The model has a nominal capacity of 100 litres and an actual storage capacity of 107 litres. Its horizontal construction makes it particularly suitable for installations where there is insufficient space for a conventional vertical hot-water cylinder.

The WW-100 double spiral heat exchanger provides a surface area of 0.3 m². The manufacturer's specified heat exchanger output is 10 kW at 80/10/45 °C operating conditions with a heating-water flow rate of 2.5 m³/h.

The cylinder is equipped with 50 mm EPS thermal insulation. The insulation is non-removable and helps reduce heat losses from the stored domestic hot water. The specified standby heat loss is 64 W, while the energy efficiency class is C.

The internal steel cylinder is protected against corrosion by a high-quality enamel coating and an AMW.400 magnesium anode. KOSPEL carries out leakage testing and enamel-coating quality control during the manufacturing process.

The construction also incorporates a cold-water diffuser that reduces mixing between incoming cold water and stored hot water, helping maintain an optimum temperature distribution inside the cylinder. A built-in temperature indicator allows the stored-water temperature to be monitored.

The hot-water outlet, cold-water inlet and circulation connection are G 3/4". Heating-water flow and return connections for the heat exchanger are G 5/4".

A G 6/4" (G 1½") connection for an optional electric immersion heater is also provided. The electric heater is not included as standard. Compatible KOSPEL heaters include GRW 1.4 kW, 2.0 kW and 3.0 kW models for 230 V and a GRW 4.5 kW model for 400 V.

KOSPEL WW-100 is a compact horizontal solution for houses, apartments and other heating installations requiring approximately 100 litres of domestic hot-water storage and the option of supplementary electric heating.
