KOSPEL SWK-140 is a floor-standing domestic hot water cylinder equipped with a spiral heating coil. It provides an actual storage capacity of 134 litres and a 1.1 m² heat exchanger surface for efficient heat transfer from a central heating boiler or another suitable heat source.
The main hydraulic connections are positioned at the top of the cylinder, making the SWK particularly suitable for installation below a wall-mounted heating boiler and helping to save valuable installation space.
The spiral coil has a rated output of up to 32 kW under the manufacturer's specified 80/10/45 °C operating conditions with a heating-water flow rate of 2.5 m³/h.
A 65 mm PUR polyurethane foam insulation layer helps minimise stored-water heat losses. Standby heat loss is only 38 W, and the SWK.A series achieves an A energy efficiency class.
The steel cylinder is protected against corrosion by a high-quality enamel coating and a magnesium anode. KOSPEL states that every cylinder undergoes leak testing and enamel-coating quality inspection during production.
The SWK-140 includes a thermometer, temperature sensor pocket, domestic hot water circulation connection and a dedicated connection for an optional electric immersion heater.
The electric immersion heater is not included as standard. Compatible KOSPEL GRW heaters are available in 1.4, 2.0 and 3.0 kW versions for 230 V and a 4.5 kW version for 400 V.
KOSPEL SWK-140 is a compact and efficient solution for homes requiring a substantial domestic hot water reserve, a high-performance spiral coil and the option of supplementary electric heating.
