ATLANTIC Indirect DS VS 200 is a 200-litre indirect domestic hot-water cylinder with an integrated heat exchanger. It is designed to produce hot water using a boiler or another suitable external heating source and is intended for vertical floor-standing installation.

The water heater is supplied without an electric heating element. If independent electric back-up heating is required, an optional ATLANTIC 2.4 kW Steatite dry ceramic heating element can be installed. The dry heating element is protected inside an enamelled steel sleeve and does not come into direct contact with the water.

The built-in heat exchanger has a surface area of 0.66 m². Under the specified conditions of 90 °C primary-medium temperature, 10 °C cold-water inlet, 45 °C hot-water outlet and a primary flow rate of 2 m³/h, heat-exchanger output reaches 43.2 kW.

Hot-water production through the heat exchanger reaches 630 l/h, allowing efficient use of heat supplied by the heating system and rapid recovery of the 200-litre storage tank.

The inner tank is protected by ATLANTIC's high-quality enamel coating and a magnesium anode. CFC-free high-density polyurethane insulation helps minimise standing heat losses and maintain the stored-water temperature.

The model has an energy-efficiency class B. EPREL specifies a standing loss of 55 W, while the technical data gives approximately 1.31 kWh/24 h of energy loss.

The ATLANTIC Indirect range is intended for connection to domestic boilers and other suitable external heat sources. Its construction combines an optimised heat exchanger, enamelled tank, magnesium anode and efficient thermal insulation.

ATLANTIC Indirect DS VS 200 is suitable for installations requiring a substantial 200-litre domestic hot-water reserve where a boiler is the primary heat source, with the option of adding a separate Steatite electric heating kit when required.
