MIDEA M5OE-42HFN8-Q is a powerful inverter Multi-Split air-conditioning outdoor unit designed for connection of up to five compatible indoor units. A single outdoor unit can provide cooling and heating for several rooms while reducing the number of outdoor units required on the building facade.
Nominal cooling capacity is 12.30 kW and nominal heating capacity is also 12.30 kW. Inverter control automatically adjusts compressor operation according to actual demand, providing more stable room temperatures and efficient energy use.
Nominal electrical input is approximately 3.83 kW in cooling and 3.30 kW in heating. The manufacturer specifies an EER of 3.21 and a COP of 3.71.
The outdoor unit uses R32 refrigerant with a factory charge of 2.40 kg. It provides five 1/4" liquid connections, four 3/8" gas connections and one 1/2" gas connection.
Maximum total refrigerant piping length is 80 m, while the maximum length of one branch is 35 m. Maximum height difference between outdoor and indoor units is up to 15 m, while up to 10 m is permitted between indoor units.
The M5OE-42HFN8-Q is designed for both cooling and heating and uses a 220–240 V / single-phase / 50 Hz power supply. This product is the outdoor unit only; compatible MIDEA Multi-Split indoor units and professional installation are required for a complete system.
