Hisense ENERGY PRO X QH50BV0BG is a high-efficiency inverter Split air conditioner and air-to-air heat pump designed for cooling, heating, dehumidification and air circulation in homes, offices and commercial premises. The system consists of the QH50BV0BG indoor unit and AS50BV0EW outdoor unit. The indoor unit's elegant matte-black finish gives the appliance a contemporary appearance that complements dark, industrial and modern interior designs.

Nominal cooling capacity is 5.0 kW, with a modulation range of 1.5–5.8 kW, while nominal heating capacity is 5.2 kW, with a range of 1.6–6.0 kW. Seasonal efficiency ratings of SEER 7.4 and SCOP 4.6 correspond to an A++ energy efficiency class for cooling and heating in the average climate zone. Inverter technology continuously adjusts compressor output to actual heating or cooling demand, helping maintain a stable room temperature while reducing unnecessary electricity consumption.

ENERGY PRO X is also designed for heating during winter conditions. The outdoor operating temperature range for heating is -22 to +24 °C, while cooling is available at outdoor temperatures from -15 to +43 °C. The outdoor unit incorporates a heated condensate tray and an automatic defrost system to support reliable operation in cold weather. An 8 °C frost-protection heating mode helps maintain a minimum indoor temperature when the premises are unoccupied for extended periods.

The appliance features HI-NANO air purification technology and multistage filtration incorporating vitamin C, catechin, silver-ion, HEPA and activated-carbon filter elements. 4D automatic airflow control adjusts both horizontal and vertical louvers to improve air distribution across the room. Smart Airflow adapts air direction to heating or cooling operation, while the Follow/Avoid function and occupancy sensor can direct airflow towards occupants or away from them for personalised comfort.

Built-in Wi-Fi enables remote control through a compatible smartphone app. AI Smart and TMS Comfort Control help automatically adapt the system's operation to room temperature, humidity and personal comfort requirements. Additional features include voice control through compatible assistants, I Feel temperature measurement at the remote controller, Turbo mode, four individually adjustable sleep modes, a 24-hour timer, automatic restart, self-diagnosis and Dual Self-Clean cleaning technology.

The indoor unit provides 7 fan speeds and an airflow range of 520–750 m³/h. Its dehumidification capacity reaches 2.0 l/h, while sound-pressure levels across different fan settings are 18–44 dB(A). The quiet operating mode is suitable for everyday indoor comfort. The indoor unit measures 877 × 301 × 194 mm, while the outdoor unit measures 860 × 667 × 310 mm.

The system uses R32 refrigerant, which has a lower global warming potential than R410A. Maximum refrigerant pipe length between the indoor and outdoor units is 20 m, with a maximum permitted height difference of 15 m. The liquid pipe connection measures 6.35 mm (1/4"), while the gas pipe connection measures 12.70 mm (1/2").
