Hisense ENERGY PRO X QH25XV3A is a high-efficiency inverter split air conditioner / air-to-air heat pump designed for cooling, heating, dehumidification and ventilation. The complete system consists of the QH25XV3AG indoor unit and QG25XV0EW outdoor unit.
Nominal cooling capacity is 2.6 kW with a modulation range of 1.0–4.0 kW, while nominal heating capacity is 3.2 kW with a range of 1.6–4.2 kW. High seasonal efficiency ratings of SEER 8.8 and SCOP 5.1 provide A+++ energy efficiency in both cooling and average-climate heating.
ENERGY PRO X is also designed for winter heating. Hisense specifies a heating operating range from -22 to +24 °C, while cooling is available from -15 to +43 °C outdoor temperature. The outdoor unit features a base-pan/chassis heater and automatic defrosting.
The unit features HI-NANO air-purification technology and multi-stage filtration. ENERGY PRO X also offers automatic 4D horizontal and vertical airflow control, Smart Airflow and Follow/Avoid control that can direct airflow towards or away from occupants.
Integrated Wi-Fi enables remote control, while AI Smart and TMS Comfort Control help automatically adapt operation to indoor conditions. Voice control, I Feel, 8 °C frost-protection heating, Turbo, Sleep modes, a 24-hour timer, automatic restart and self-diagnostics are also available.
The indoor unit provides 7 fan speeds, an airflow range of 350–600 m³/h and dehumidification capacity of 0.9 l/h. In Quiet mode the manufacturer states operation down to 18 dB(A), while the technical sound-pressure range is 29–38 dB(A).
The system uses R32 refrigerant. Maximum refrigerant pipe length is 20 m and the maximum height difference is 10 m. The liquid pipe diameter is 6.35 mm (1/4") and the gas pipe diameter is 9.53 mm (3/8").
