KOSPEL SE-140 Domestic Hot Water Storage Tank 140 L, 6 bar

KOSPEL SE-140 is a vertical 140-litre storage tank for domestic hot water. It is designed for systems where previously heated domestic water must be stored and maintained, providing a stable hot-water reserve for residential or commercial buildings.

The tank is manufactured from carefully selected steel and internally protected with a uniform enamel coating. During production, KOSPEL tests every tank for leak-tightness and checks the quality of the enamel coating to provide long-term corrosion protection.

Additional corrosion protection is provided by an AMW.400 magnesium anode. The rated tank pressure is 0.6 MPa or 6 bar, while the 140-litre model uses 53 mm PUR thermal insulation that is permanently installed and non-removable.

The SE-140 has standing heat losses of only 47 W. KOSPEL specifies an energy-efficiency class B for the 140–300 litre SE models in its catalogue. The outer casing is manufactured from aesthetic and mechanically resistant ABS plastic.

The tank has a G 3/4" cold-water inlet, G 3/4" hot-water outlet and G 3/4" circulation connection. The construction also includes a temperature-sensor pocket and thermometer for convenient monitoring of domestic hot-water temperature.

The KOSPEL SE-140 can be equipped with an optional electric heating element. The manufacturer provides GRW 1.4 kW, 2.0 kW or 3.0 kW / 230 V and 4.5 kW / 400 V heating elements. The tank has a diameter of 500 mm and an overall height of 1435 mm, providing a large 140-litre water reserve in a relatively compact vertical design.
