Warm floor mixing unit with pump TO101 , 1732004

The mixing unit is used in high-temperature heating systems when it is necessary to connect it to a low-temperature heating system - radiant heating (floor / wall heating). The kit consists of a mixing valve with a thermostatic head, a non-return valve, a gasket, an immersion shell, a contact thermostat and two ball valves with sliding nuts. The mixing assembly controls the temperature of the liquid in the secondary heating circuit. The flow temperature can be adjusted to a constant value or according to the user's needs.

The mixing kit for underfloor heating can be connected directly to the high temperature heating system. Using connectors with a free moving nut, we can install the mixing kit directly to the floor heating collectors. The pump connections are not fully tightened so that the installer can adjust the position of the pump to suit his needs. After assembly, the tightness of the pump connections should be checked. If the fluid contains impurities (hard water, debris, etc.), a filter must be installed before the assembly, otherwise the impurities may cause the assembly to malfunction.

The included Afriso GAT / 7HC contact thermostat protects the system from overheating. The installer sets the maximum return temperature in the contact thermostat and places the contact thermostat itself on the upper one

lines.
