The heat pump is designed for heating and cooling, as well as hot water preparation in a built-in water tank. The compressor with the main cooling system is located in the outdoor unit. The indoor unit has built-in automation, which controls the operation of the heat pump and hydraulic unit. The hydraulic part includes: 1 direct central heating circuit, 1 hot water circuit with 250 / 275L tank, electronic circulation pump, CA/KŪ switching valve, heat carrier flow meter, heater contactors, heater set with power 3-9 kW, magnetic filter, safety group CA (safety valve 3 bar, expansion vessel 12L, CA manometer). Delivery includes: room temperature sensor and 3/4” differential pressure relief valve (to be installed by installer).

ABOUT THE MANUFACTURER

Heiztechnik is a state-of-the-art factory that manufactures heating equipment from 3.9 kW to 7 MW. Production takes place in modernized premises using technologically modern equipment - laser cutting equipment, presses for steel bending and robotic welding stations. The produced heating equipment is characterized by very high energy efficiency and simple and convenient maintenance. The design office constantly modernizes existing and develops new heating equipment. The company's success is a series of ecological GreenLine heating boilers with a capacity of up to 480kW. The boilers of this series meet the highest environmental protection and energy efficiency requirements set for class 5 and ECO DESIGN.

     The first CALLA heat pumps with a capacity of 10 kW were produced in 2011 and were intended for heating residential buildings. In the following years, the engineering team worked on the improvements of the manufactured heat pumps in order to obtain the best technical and utility parameters. Information about the operation of the equipment was received from users and installers, and the obtained data were analyzed in depth. As a result, the range of manufactured equipment was expanded. The equipment is maximally adapted to the individual needs of users, while maintaining high quality and efficiency. As a result of these actions, a modern series of equipment was developed: CALLA VERDE inverter heat pumps with a capacity of 5-20 kW.

CALLA VERDE heat pumps use the latest refrigerant R452B, which meets the needs of high-efficiency heat pumps and is a response to increasingly strict requirements in the field of environmental protection. Using R452B and modern components, the heat pumps have achieved very high COP (7.3) and SCOP (4.55) values. In addition, these devices operate very quietly.

Performance parameters are confirmed by tests conducted in an independent, accredited laboratory.

Heiztechnik is probably the widest range of heating equipment in Poland. Heating equipment is highly appreciated in both domestic and foreign markets.
