When developing radiators, all the most modern requirements were taken into account, and all leading achievements in the field of radiator production were used. Special attention was paid to issues of efficiency, safety and competitiveness of production, observing the highest level of quality. The efficiency of aluminum radiators POL is guaranteed by the following design features:
increased heat output due to the high radiation capacity and the increased area of convective plates;
special aluminum alloy with reduced thermal inertia, thanks to which the maximum temperature of the radiator is reached in a minimum time.

radiators undergo a thorough quality control, in accordance with European norms EN442. 100% of radiators are subjected to hydraulic tests before leaving production. Tests of this measure ensure compliance of technical data with project data.
radiators consist of cast aluminum sections, which are made of high-quality aluminum alloy (AlSi9Cu EN AB-46100) according to the technology of casting under pressure, which complies with UNI EN 1676 standards. The radiators are assembled with steel nipples, which have a special anti-corrosion coating on the inner surface.
the space between the sections is hermetic thanks to paronite gaskets, which are resistant to the effects of heat carriers.
radiators are painted after careful cleaning and treatment of its surface. From the beginning, paint is applied to the radiator by the method of electrophoresis analysis, at a temperature of 150 °С.
