FERROLI BioPellet TOP 30 – Automated Wood Pellet Heating Boiler for Residential and Small Commercial Use

The FERROLI BioPellet TOP 30 is the most powerful model in the BioPellet TOP range, designed for larger residential buildings and compact commercial facilities. It features a 110 kg integrated pellet hopper and standard control of two heating circuits (direct + mixing). The boiler operates on wood pellets, meets ECODESIGN emission requirements and achieves energy class A+.

The output range of 7.3–30.3 kW provides wide adaptability to different heating demands. Pellet consumption is 1.72–6.98 kg/h. Efficiency is 93%. Combustion is controlled by a modulating, mechanically self‑cleaning burner and a fan‑regulated air supply, ensuring stable and efficient operation.

The boiler includes a 60 L water jacket, an 8 L expansion vessel and a 110 kg pellet hopper. The touch‑screen controller manages ignition, power modulation, circulation pumps, buffer tank, DHW circulation and both heating circuits. The system is compatible with CONNECT SMART WiFi and room thermostats.

Minimum chimney draft is 12 Pa, flue outlet Ø100 mm, air intake Ø76 mm. Maximum water temperature 90 °C, operating pressure 0.5–2.0 bar.
