FERROLI BioPellet TOP 24 – Automated Wood Pellet Heating Boiler for Residential and Small Commercial Use
The FERROLI BioPellet TOP 24 is a high‑efficiency steel pellet boiler with a 110 kg integrated pellet hopper and standard control of two heating circuits (1 direct + 1 mixing). It is designed for residential houses and small commercial buildings that require reliable, automated and environmentally friendly heating. The boiler operates on wood pellets, complies with ECODESIGN emission requirements and achieves energy class A+.
The output range of 6.1–24.3 kW allows precise adaptation to the building’s heat demand. Pellet consumption is 1.44 kg/h at minimum output and 5.61 kg/h at maximum output. Boiler efficiency is 93%. Combustion is managed by a modulating, mechanically self‑cleaning burner and a fan‑controlled air supply, ensuring stable and efficient operation.
The boiler is equipped with a 45 L water jacket, an 8 L expansion vessel and a 110 kg pellet hopper, providing long operating time between refills. The touch‑screen controller manages ignition, power modulation, heating and DHW circulation pumps, buffer tank and both heating circuits. The system is compatible with CONNECT SMART WiFi control and room thermostats.
The BioPellet TOP 24 must be installed in a technical room. Minimum chimney draft is 12 Pa, flue outlet Ø80 mm, air intake Ø60 mm. Maximum water temperature is 90 °C, operating pressure 0.5–2.0 bar. Dimensions are 1460 × 630 × 840 mm, weight 275 kg.
