The FERROLI BioPellet TOP 12 is a next‑generation fully automated steel pellet boiler designed for heating private homes and small commercial facilities. It operates on EN 14961‑2 A1/A2 certified wood pellets and delivers high seasonal efficiency thanks to its modulating, mechanically self‑cleaning burner and optimized combustion chamber with forced air supply. The 3.5–12.0 kW output range allows precise adaptation to building heat demand, reducing pellet consumption and ensuring stable indoor temperature. Efficiency up to 93% is achieved through an optimized heat exchanger, flue gas fan and fully automatic combustion control.

The boiler includes a 100–110 kg pellet hopper providing 40–55 hours of continuous operation without refilling. The water jacket volume of ~50 litres ensures stable heat transfer. The touch‑screen controller manages ignition, power modulation, pumps and two heating circuits (direct + mixing). Optional accessories include a DHW tank, buffer tank, room thermostat and CONNECT SMART WiFi module. BioPellet TOP 12 meets ECODESIGN Class 5 emission requirements, ensuring low CO and dust emissions.
